Before I trained with Clement, I have used a few personal trainers in the past in my effort to lose weight.  However, the results have been unsatisfactory – at most, I only managed to lose 2-3 kg.  The results were also not sustainable as I would easily gained back the few kg which I have lost.

So when I started with Clement, honestly I did not have high expectation in terms of how many kg I would lose.  I only wanted to be healthier as I have not been exercising for quite some time.  Therefore, I was quite surprised when I start seeing results after a couple of months of training.  I had lost a total of 7.5 kg!  This is a staggering result for me. 

I can see a real difference in the training which Clement gave compared to my other previous trainers.  The difference is not only in terms of the training program itself, but also the way he also gave advise in terms of my diet which is a very important aspect in weight loss program.  He also helped to monitor my diet to ensure that I did it correctly and made adjustment when necessary.  I received a lot of important information which I was not aware before in terms of dieting.  

While training with Clement, I also had some problems with my knee and shoulder.  Clement was able to design exercise programs which would not affect my problem areas.  In fact for my shoulder, I feel some improvement as he taught me some stretching exercises which would help improving my shoulder.

 Other that the weight loss, my doctor has also reduced my blood pressure medication from 2 types to 1 type of medicine.  I believe the difference with Clement compared to my previous trainers can be summed up in 2 areas.  One is his vast knowledge in fitness and diet program (which he always shares with you).  And second is his ability to give the motivation to push myself during training as well and in my diet program.  I’m very happy with the results and even though I have stopped my program with Clement, I have the knowledge to sustain my weight loss or even continue doing the exercise which he has taught me.

I was injured during one of my sports activities and I went for a rotator cuff repair in October 2012. During my one year of recovery path, my arm became so weak that I could not even manage 5 push-ups, I felt weak and my body weight increased from 78kg to 84kg and my waistline increasing to 33.

I wanted to regain my fitness and that’s when I got to know Clement and engage him as my personal trainer. Clement is very professional as he reads up a lot on health fitness and muscle anatomy, he understands my condition, he would customise progressive training that suits my needs. His starter kit begins with strengthening my shoulder muscles which gradually improve my range of movements. Clement session would also include cardio exercises revolving with weights that would tone and burn my excess fats. Every session tough as it seems, Clement will be there to motivate and achieve the session goals.

Clement is very dedicated trainer who even monitors and advises on my diet to go along with my training. I would say that the combo is very effective and by the 6th session, my waistline already dropped to 32 inches. Even when I went for overseas trip, Clement would plan suitable static exercises that I can do in my hotel room.
